The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has made another personnel change, appointing a number of new deputy ministers. This was announced by People's Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko. One of the key appointments was the confirmation of Edem Adamanov as Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine. Adamanov has extensive experience in the medical field, which can contribute to health care reforms.
Oleksandr Semenets has also been appointed Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine. He will participate in the development of environmental policies, which is especially important in the context of efforts to preserve the environment.
Another important personnel decision concerns Serhiy Biletsky, who has been appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine. His main task will be to coordinate the ministry's work towards the development of regions and territorial communities.
At the same time, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Stanislav Haider from the post of Deputy Minister of Defense and Lyudmila Daragan from the post of State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense. These changes may indicate new approaches to managing the country's defense sector.
In addition, President Volodymyr Zelensky has updated the composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters, as stated in Decree No. 678/2024, published on the website of the President's Office. Updating the Headquarters may be part of strategic decisions in the context of the ongoing war.
These personnel rotations in the government demonstrate a desire to increase the efficiency of key ministries and adapt them to the new challenges facing the country.
