The government of Ukraine has published the text of the amendments to the order on reservation, which introduce new rules for enterprises and workers with deferment from mobilization. According to the document, all deferrals previously issued through the Ministry of Economy and the Diya platform will be canceled on February 28, 2025.
The deferrals are also canceled if the enterprise that received them has completed work for the needs of the Defense Forces or lost the status of critical importance. It also happens if the organization holding the reservation is liquidated.
The salary at the enterprise, as already reported, should not be lower than 2.5 minimalok (which is currently 20 thousand hryvnias).
Individual employees lose their reservation in case of dismissal or suspension of the employment contract.
Also, if earlier it was required that the employee update his data on time, now it sounds different: he clarified and is not wanted.
