The State Property Fund of Ukraine sold the nationalized share of Kalusa Pipe Plant LLC on its third attempt. The starting price of the asset had to be halved to attract a buyer.
First, on December 16, 2025, the SPFU announced an auction to sell 93% of the state share of the enterprise for UAH 136.5 million. The auction scheduled for December 23 did not take place due to the lack of participants.
Repeated bidding with a reduced starting price of UAH 68.2 million was announced on December 22. The auction took place on December 31, and only one bidder took part in it – LLC “AVR “TREMBITA”. It was this company that became the new owner of the Kalusa Pipe Plant.
According to YouControl, “AVR “TREMBITA”” was registered on December 23, 2025 in Kalush. The owners of the company are Roman Andriyiv, Andriy Romaniv, and Vasyl Knyshuk, who also manages the “KVS” farm.
Previously, the plant belonged to Russian businessmen. In November 2024, the Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court confirmed the seizure of assets of Russian oligarch Myron Gorilovsky and his partners Valentin Buyanovsky and Andriy Menshov in favor of the state. After that, control over the Kalusky and Rubizhansky polymer pipe plants passed to Ukraine.
Prior to this, 93% of the company's authorized capital was owned by Russian businessmen through the company APG Polyplastic Group Limited. Attempts to remove assets from sanctions through bankruptcy were blocked: in April 2024, the Commercial Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region opened a case on creditors' claims for more than UAH 155 million, but in November it was closed, recognizing the debt as fictitious. Already in January 2025, the appellate court confirmed this decision, after which the company finally came under state control and was put up for privatization auction.
