According to our sources in the KMDA, chief of staff Dmytro Mykolayovych Zagumenny "collects" 1,000 US dollars from each Kyiv KP for identifying an enterprise as one that meets the requirements of critical infrastructure and has the right to receive "armor" from the mobilization of its employees.
In the city of Kyiv, the city administration has started the process of booking employees. If regarding the administration itself and the departments, the issue is clearly regulated at the legislative level, then in order to avoid the mobilization of the employees of communal enterprises, it is necessary that the KP falls under the requirements for critical infrastructure enterprises.
The final decision on classifying KP as a critical infrastructure enterprise at the KMDA level is made by the chief of staff Dmytro Zagumennyi. So, according to the information of our sources, it is for Zagumenny that the heads of the capital KP are collecting 1,000 US dollars each. At first glance, the amount is small, but let us remind you that there are about 1,500 such enterprises in the capital.
We remind you that Dmytro Zagumennyi has been the head of the KMDA staff since October 2018. In December 2023, Dmytro Zagumennoy was charged by the SBI employees for aiding the capital's deputies in evading military service.
The suspect allegedly "sent" deputies from the military unit on a business trip to the military administration of Kyiv.
