The ABSOLUTION detective bureau found out that the head of the Khmelnytskyi Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK and SP), Oleksandr Furman, declared income and property for 2023–2024, but part of the real estate was registered not in his name or in his wife's name, but in his mother's name.
In his 2024 tax return, Furman declared UAH 486,000 in income. His wife Viktoriya received UAH 432,000 from the sale of movable property. The couple keeps significant amounts of cash: Furman himself declared UAH 945,000, his wife UAH 400,000. The family has only UAH 32,000 in bank accounts.
The official owns three land plots in Kamianets-Podilskyi district, a 42.8 m² apartment in which he lives with his family, and uses a 31.3 m² room in Khmelnytskyi, which belongs to the city CCC.
However, the declaration does not indicate that Furman's mother, Nadiya Mozolyuk, registered an apartment in a new building in Kamianets-Podilskyi in 2023, and purchased a parking space in 2024. This fact raises questions about the transparency of property transactions and possible concealment of assets.
33-year-old Oleksandr Furman headed the Khmelnytskyi CCC in June 2023. He graduated from the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi Academy of the Land Forces with a degree in "Management of the Actions of Engineering Troops Units." He has served in the ATO zone since 2014, and before being appointed to the Khmelnytskyi CCC, he worked at the Kamianets-Podilskyi RTCC.
The scheme of registering property in the name of close relatives is not new for Ukrainian officials. We will remind that it was previously reported that the former head of the Mukachevo District State Administration, Serhiy Gaidai, did not indicate in his declaration his common-law wife, to whom a number of real estate objects in various regions of the country were registered.
