On the outskirts of the village of Ivangorod, in Chernihiv, the silence of the forest has long broken not singing tits, but the sound of elite cars. Because it was here that the village grew for the selected - with estates, lakes, stables, aviaries for animals and fence, which blocked ... the state forest. Oddly enough, not the loggers were "captured", but the people who should defend this forest - the management of the State Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine".
Formally - everything is clean. The land is recorded on the mother of Yuri Bolokhovets, the head of the SE, and his family of his close friend - the former head of the Chernihiv forestry of Mikhail Reva. In fact, more than 80 hectares of state and communal forest were simply fenced off and turned into a private VIP resort.
It all started, as usual, with "unit" areas. Then - more. Some of them were received by Anna Bolokhovets, the mother of the current head of the Forests of Ukraine. Part of the relatives and subordinates, with whom Bolokhovets, is not only friendship but also joint business. Together, they own Kalina-Lisa, which is engaged in ... right, forest.
And to finally legalize the forest hobby, the company "Sparta" came to the stage. According to the documents - a children's club, which received 2.5 hectares of forest allegedly for the camp. There is no camp there, but there is a permit to use the land.
The conclusions of the DBR investigators are unambiguous: the design of plots for relatives is part of the scheme. According to criminal proceedings, the Bolokhovets family spent more than 22 million hryvnias on property, having official income ten times less. The case includes abuse of office, and illegal enrichment, and banal - but large -scale - the seizure of land.
But despite this, the forestry of Ukraine deny everything. It is said that "farm" is a "ordinary share", the company "Sparta" - "real children's club", and criticism - "Fantasy of enemies of the forest".
While the war is underway in the country, some are continuing old good schemes in the rear. The forest is not only a tree, but also big money. And for those who are at the top of the forest fund management system, the temptation to "grow" the estate directly in the reserve - it turns out, insurmountable.
