Mykola Olenich's detention is another episode in the process of large -scale purification of the Main Directorate of the DPS in the Sumy region. This case has become a logical continuation of the anti -corruption actions of law enforcement officers and internal decisions of management aimed at destroying shadow schemes in tax.
In recent months, the body has left or have been detained by several key persons involved in high -profile affairs:
-
Elena Khotenko
-
Alexander Artemiev
-
Artem Snezhko
-
Mykola Olenich
The situation with Elena Khotenko became the most significant. After a long process of delaying the decision, on March 31, the head of the STS in the Sumy region Natalia Kiyashko signed an order for its dismissal. At the same time, the interest of law enforcement officers in its activity remains.
Oleksandr Artemiev, unlike others, filed an application for release on its own, however, not without pressure from the outside. On the same day, Artem Snezhka was released without a clear legal justification. Due to the weak formal grounds, its renewal is not excluded through court. However, initiatives are continuing in parallel to seize property recorded on close relatives.
With regard to Mykola Olenach, a former deputy Snezhk, who is detained for soliciting a bribe from an entrepreneur, is only gaining momentum. His official release is still ahead, but he is already at the center of anti -corruption.
At the same time, some of the persons involved in the loud investigations remain in the management:
-
Svetlana Krasnyukova - related to Khotenko, is responsible for signatures in the field of VAT
-
Lyudmila Dyadchenko - engages in audits and checks
-
Oksana Maslova - is responsible for the direction of risks
-
Irina Semerdnya - has a number of key officials, active participant in litigation
Experts say that Natalia Kiyashko, who remains as the head of the State Tax Service, received a mandate for full cleaning of the Sumy Branch of Monaco. Some of the steps have already been implemented, but the key figures are still in the system.
Whether the management will be completed in the near future is a question to which only further actions of the DBR, the SBU and the political will of the leadership can be answered.
