KGVA declares the threat of a breakthrough of Russian DRGs to Kyiv

In connection with the threat of a breakthrough of Russian DRGs to Kyiv, at an urgent meeting of the capital's Defense Council, a decision was made to "immediately work out the issue of holding events that involve the involvement of a large number of people."

The reason was frequent shelling, statements of the Russian Federation about intentions to increase the number of missile attacks. Also, the authorities "do not rule out the threat of attempts to penetrate the territory of the city by the enemy's DRG, the involvement of agents of the Russian special services and other hostile elements to destabilize the situation in the capital."

It is said that it was collected due to the intentions of the Russian Federation to increase the number of missile attacks aimed at civilian objects and peaceful citizens of Kyiv.

Taking into account this information, the Kyiv Defense Council
made a decision:

- urgently work out the issue of holding further events in Kyiv, where many people should be involved;

- review the operation of public transport, sports, cultural, educational, medical, entertainment events, as well as in crowded places to ensure the safety of citizens;

- all power and military structures of the city of Kyiv, in accordance with their powers, to increase attention to places of gathering of people;

- to ensure permanent access of the population to shelters and the readiness of invincibility points for use.
