KP “Kharkiv Metro” has concluded an agreement with LLC “Aredditum-Invest” for the amount of UAH 9 million on the assignment of the right of claim. This concerns the debt of KP “Miskelektrotransservice”, which is in bankruptcy proceedings. This is reported by Nashi Hroshy.
According to the documents, the metro was able to collect UAH 20.68 million in debt accumulated under the contract dated May 24, 2021 with Tradeenergy LLC for the supply of electricity. The amount consists of:
-
UAH 13.58 million – principal debt for electricity;
-
UAH 4.67 million – inflationary losses;
-
550 thousand UAH – 3% per annum;
-
UAH 1.86 million – penalty;
-
16 thousand UAH – court fee.
In May 2021, Miskelektrotransservice concluded an agreement with Tradeenergy for UAH 49.8 million without a tender. Subsequently, the rights of claim under this contract were transferred to Aredditum-Invest in December 2022 and July 2025.
In April 2023, the bankruptcy case of Miskelektrotransservice began. And in March 2025, the company “Arredditum-Invest” itself entered into a state of suspension. Therefore, the Kharkiv City Council granted permission to the metro directly to conclude an agreement and obtain the rights to claim the debt.
