The head of the State Treasury Department in Kirovohrad region, Tetyana Bugayova, purchased a new 2025 Toyota Corolla worth UAH 1.74 million. This is evidenced by data from her declaration, which was brought to the attention of the Absolution publication.
According to the documents, the purchase took place in two stages: on September 16, the official paid UAH 496,000, and the next day, another UAH 1.22 million. The seller was Motor-Olvi LLC. Interestingly, on September 17, she received UAH 1.22 million in income from the alienation of movable property from the same company, which may indicate an exchange or sale of the previous car.
This is Bugayova's second expensive purchase in recent times. Last year, she purchased a Toyota Yaris Cross worth UAH 1.39 million, part of which was financed with a loan from Credit Agricole, which was later fully repaid.
In the declaration for 2025, the official also reflected UAH 425,000 in income from the sale of real estate. In total, the Bugayov family owns an apartment and a house in Kropyvnytskyi, several land plots in the region, a significant part of which is rented.
According to the declaration for 2024, Tetyana Bugayova's salary was about UAH 609 thousand. In addition, she received UAH 321.5 thousand from electricity production, as well as gifts from Mykola Ivanovich Nosenko for a total of UAH 700 thousand. Her husband declared several times less income.
Despite her modest official salary in the civil service, Tetyana Bugayova demonstrates significant financial capabilities, in particular thanks to income from the sale of property and gifts received.
