The war in Ukraine has repeatedly become a demonstration of the extreme cynicism of the authorities, which are looking for opportunities to profit from literally everything, including human lives.
We all remember how on April 26, the Internet exploded with news that the Kyiv authorities, under the patronage of Vitali Klitschko, personally urgently evacuated 2 hospitals due to a video announcing an attack by Russian occupiers on them.
As reported in a message on the Telegram channel of the Kyiv City State Administration, the city is urgently beginning the evacuation of 2 hospitals, one of which is a children's hospital, located on Bogatyrska Street.
“Because a video is being widely distributed in the online media, which actually announces an enemy attack on these medical institutions. And that, allegedly, there are military personnel in these hospitals,” the Kyiv City State Administration explained.
"To protect sick children, their parents, and medical personnel, the capital's authorities are now doing everything possible to transport patients and doctors to other medical facilities in the capital," the report says.
Here is a video of the speech of the Chairman of the State Security Committee of Belarus (KGB) Ivan Tertel at the 7th All-Belarusian People's Assembly, where he indicates the addresses of two medical institutions whose evacuation was led by Klitschko.
“All these individuals, their activities and the committee’s plans are known. In the fight against terrorism, we act according to the laws of wartime, decisively and without hesitation. Among the terrorists and their accomplices there are both killed and wounded. All of them will face deserved punishment. Even despite the fact that they chose Kyiv hospitals at 30 and 32 Bogatyrska Street as their lair, where they actually hid behind the backs of sick children,” Tertel said.
The evacuation was successful. The hospitals were evacuated. Everyone is saved, everyone is happy. Klitschko is a hero.
This is wonderful!
But there is a flip side to this story, and it is not so joyful and heroic.
Klitschko evicted 2 hospitals on the orders of the Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine - Oleksandr Kurbakov, for the implementation of his large-scale construction project!
How did this become possible?

Kurbakov and Klitschko are good friends; at one time they used to manage Kyiv's budget together!
Before being appointed minister, Kubrakov confirmed his ability to steal budget money on a cosmic scale as head of Avtodor.
But even earlier, he made himself known when, after working as the head of the marketing department at Kyivstar, he became an advisor first to the head of the Kyiv City State Administration, regional Oleksandr Popov , and then as an IT advisor .
It was at this stage that Kubrakov met Andriy Vavrish, during his work as Deputy Head of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Kyiv City State Administration. Thus, Vavrish, who today is one of the main figures in the construction market of Kyiv.
Later, Kurbakov was the head of the IT&Telecom sector of the Office of Effective Regulation (BRDO), whose head at that time was Oleksiy Honcharuk. In 2019, he became number 30 on the deputy list of the Servant of the People party, and he never became a party member. However, Kubrakov did not stay as a people's deputy for long: a few months later he was appointed head of Ukravtodor.
We have put together one part of the puzzle - Kurbakov could and was able to convince the money-hungry Klitschko to become part of the show to put hospitals, which were in short supply during the war, out of operation, for further demolition and development of their territories with new buildings.
But how did it happen that the head of the KGB of Belarus, Ivan Tertelya, announced a targeted strike?
It's very simple.
Oleksandr Kubrakov is the nephew of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus Ivan Kubrakov, and his brother Mykola is the father of the new Ukrainian minister.
Alexander Kubrakov himself has never mentioned his Belarusian roots and relatives in his public appearances. His official biography states that he was born in the Dnipropetrovsk region in the city of Pervotravensk in 1982. He is a marketing specialist by education.
He worked in a number of commercial structures in his specialty, and for some time worked in the Kyiv City State Administration. There is no information about his parents in his official biography.
Does anyone in our government know about this? Don't doubt it.
About the appointment of Oleksandr Kubrakov, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said:
“We need to build Ukraine very quickly. This applies not only to roads. The disaster on the Ukrainian Railways applies to seaports, public-private air transportation. Many of the things I am talking about did not appear. And this question is not only for the minister, but also for his team. They could not, they did not have time. But I do not have time.
The most powerful person who has shown real serious results in specialized infrastructure projects is Oleksandr Kubrakov, which is why he became a minister.”.
What do we have as a result?
Alexander Kurbakov, using his family connections in the highest circles of the Belarusian law enforcement agencies, asked his uncle to convince the head of the KGB to give the addresses of 2 objects that needed to be evicted.
Klitschko, having received a fee for his performance, organizes an “evacuation” show and urgently carries out “rescue of patients”, evacuating hospitals.
The media is making Klitschko a hero who curses terrorists from Belarus, completely omitting facts such as:
1. The addresses of all hospitals and clinics in Kyiv are publicly available and their location is not a secret to anyone.
2. Announcements of strikes on decision-making centers and the same GUR building, the coordinates of which are similarly precisely known to the Russians, were repeatedly made in the media and TV channels, but ultimately led to nothing.
3. No one was confused by the fact that the addresses of the hospitals were named by the head of the KGB of Belarus, a country that is not a party to the conflict, and all the statements of its representatives were always only a confirmation of loyalty to Putin, and nothing more. At the same time, no one from the top military leadership of Russia announced any possible strikes on hospitals, and there were no calls to bomb hospitals there. If only because bombing hospitals and hospitals is actually a war crime.
