In the center of the photo, wearing a yellow T-shirt and dark blue sweatpants, is a former deputy of the Kyiv City Council, businessman, vice-president of the Kyiv Boxing Federation Oleksandr Vasyliovych Lishchenko, widely known in criminal circles under the nickname "Licha".
Oleksandr Vasyliovych owes his popularity not to the trade of a racketeer, but to the fact that he grew up to be the "foreman" of the Troeshchyna Market in the gang of Valery Pryshchyk, better known as "Pryshch". And not even because he was wanted by law enforcement officers for committing serious crimes and was detained for illegal possession of weapons.
Oleksandr Lishchenko became a real authority in Kyiv after he organized the murders of "Prishcha" on December 1, 2003, whose wealth he became the sole heir to.
And here we must give him credit. Acne was removed by three cheerful friends, three employees (UBOZ) whose careers began to develop as rapidly as possible after the murder. These are Valery Geletey (later Minister of Defense of Ukraine), Vitaliy Yarema (later Prosecutor General of Ukraine) and Oleksiy Savchenko (later banker, head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration).
Next to "Lichi", to his left, in a football player's sports suit, stands a certain Ivanenko or "Ivanes", who for unknown reasons is called the regular killer of "Lichi".
Since the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine does not have access to this citizen, these are probably all rumors.
And if "Licha" is holding a punishing sword in his left hand, then on his right stands Oleksiy Zasenko, a member of the Kyiv City Council, a well-known developer whose company "Building Union of Ukraine" regularly won land tenders in his beloved Kyiv.
Whom you will recognize in the photo easily is the "journalist" Yuriy Butusov.
Formerly a member of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, former adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov and undoubtedly the moral authority of the Ukrainian nation, he is the owner of the Internet resource Censor.
No, who never denied attention to anyone, successfully serving the interests of all politicians.
For a long time he preferred Oleksandr Moroz, and then the leader of the Batkivshchyna party, from which he fled to Oleksandr Turchynov, to whom he remains loyal even today.
Butusov did not find himself in the "Lichi" company just like that. In 2008-2012, when rallies against illegal construction were held in Kyiv, which, by a strange coincidence, were led by the companies of their orbit "Lichy", Butusov brought sound amplification equipment to the venue of the events and silenced the protesters' speeches. Such was his civic position.
But probably the most odious character is the famous Dmytro Bulatov.
At the time when this photo was taken, Dima was working at a service station owned by "entrepreneur" Yuriy Zozula (who in the future will monitor the sales of tenders to his people or will roll back correctly). Cuckoo is also featured in the photo, wearing a white cap, sunglasses, a dark T-shirt and green pants.
Despite the fact that the role and place of Bulatov during the protests in 2013-2014 is very vague, although many say that he was a SBU knocker in the ranks of "Automaidan", but this is a lie, because in January 2014, Bulatov was kidnapped.
They were kidnapped and kept at Yuriy Zozula's country house, where they forced him to constantly drink all kinds of alcoholic beverages without restrictions. It was stolen after Dima withdrew $50,000 from the bank card on which donations for Avtomaidan were collected.
After the miraculous rescue, Bulatov said that he was abducted by persons who spoke with a Russian accent and who almost cut off his ear.
Dim did not have time to figure out why he was kidnapped, and for some reason his ear was cut off, because he immediately left with his lover to rest on the beaches of the Dominican Republic.
Dima was forced to return from vacation after Yurii Zozulya called him, sending him an SMS that Bulatov was declared a hero of the Maidan and appointed Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
By a surprising coincidence of circumstances, Bulatov received the post of minister based on the quota of a People's Deputy of Ukraine, as well as Artur Palatny, the right-hand man of the protest leader Vitaliy Klitschko.
For some reason, his criminal past is well known to law enforcement officers.
As the evil tongues say, the reason for such a choice was the assurances of the Cuckoo. Who convinced Palatny that Bulatov, due to his intellectual disability, would not prevent real revolutionaries from looting Ukraine and would sign everything they ordered him to do.
This is confirmed by the fact that Dmytro Serhiyevich's tenure as a minister was short-lived, but ended with the registration of criminal proceedings for embezzlement of state budget funds and financing of private enterprises in the occupied territory in Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
He hid from the investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office of the House in the East of Ukraine, where he violently simulated participation in combat operations - actively taking pictures against the background of military equipment with the appropriate ammunition.
"Having returned the debt to the motherland" Dima returned to another place of employment, service station mechanic Bulatov was appointed to the position of deputy head of the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine.
Obviously, the reason for this appointment was Dmytro's professional qualities.
But let's return to our circle of friends "Lichy".
Between Butusov and Bulatov you will find the head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration Oleksandr Gorgan, and on the far right is none other than the former deputy of the Kyiv City Council, Oleksiy Samokhin, who renamed his pocket party "Avtomaidan" and thus tried to win the 2014 parliamentary elections.
As for Yuri Zozuli, today he is the president of the wakeboarding association, the owner of X-Park, and the alleged ideologue of the Mix Sport project ( Mix Sport ). After 2014, Yuriy personally participated in the cutting of the Kyiv cake in the field of information technologies. According to his submission, the brother of his business partner Oleksandr Novohatsky, Vyacheslav Novohatsky, was the head of the Kyiv Smart City project office and the first deputy director of the KP "GIOC KMDA".
business partners are Oleg Polishchuk, ex-people's deputy from "Lytvyn Bloc", they are co-owners of the electronic platform "E-tender", which allowed them to manipulate tenders in the "Prozorro" system at their own discretion.
What is interesting. This is not the first scandal with this photo. In November, it was published by Oleksiy Arestovych. Then Butusov accused Arestovich of lying.
Butusov did not explain the reasons for his friendship with Lychea, but stated that all this was an information operation against him in connection with the case of the failure of a special operation to capture Russian Wagner terrorists who participated in the war against Ukraine in Donbas.
And Yuriy Zozulya, an adviser to the mayor of Kyiv and previously the head of a utility company, said that he invited Butusov to the event to clean the park of garbage and alcohol.
"At the place where the monument to Ilya Muromets now stands at the entrance to the sports park, in the winter of 2012-2013, 5 gangs suddenly grew up with self-indulgence, where they began to actively sell alcohol, cigarettes and even weed. This led to the indignation of sportsmen, deputies, the city administration and residents of the district. Butusov responded to my invitation and personally supported public activists and the sports community, which protected the Muromets park from self-indulgence by gangs, and cleaned up garbage in the park with other activists with their own hands. At the end, all the deputies, activists and administration of the district and the city took a photo," said Zozulya.
Yes, "ordinary activists". How Roma Lelyuk is the future director of the Department of Public Communications, which deals with Vitaliy Klitschko's PR projects for the money of the people of Kyiv.
A very interesting and extremely true story, if we omit the fact that after the "activists" cleared the park of peddlers, X-Park - the private property of Yuriy Zozuli - grew up in its place.
In other words, "Licha" and Butusov were not cleaning the park, but preparing a site for the private business of partner and associate Vitaliy Klitschko.
We would like to add that in 2023, the court seized more than 80 illegally built real estate objects on the Muromets island in the capital's Desnyan district, which were built by Yury Zozulya.
As reported by the press service of the DBR, Zozulya and his sharers illegally used 10 hectares of the land of the Kyiv community for the construction of buildings.
The developer company has not paid for the use of a plot of land on the territory of the island since the conclusion of the investment agreement in 2015. All this time, instead of the enterprise, the tax was paid from the capital budget!
In addition, the DBR employees also established that one of the capital's associations concluded an investment contract with the KMDA for almost UAH 150 million for the construction of sports facilities and structures. The company had to equip a park for mass sports events, build playgrounds, recreation areas.
But. As of March 2023, the work should be 100% complete, but less than half has been completed so far. At the same time, the parcels built objects not provided for in the agreement.
On illegally seized 15 land plots with an area of more than 10 hectares, the company arbitrarily built about 80 real estate objects that were not provided for in the design and estimate documentation. In particular, instead of the designated sports grounds, the association built a restaurant and cottages.
Criminal proceedings were initiated under the article of abuse of power or official position, which caused serious consequences (Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
It should be added here that this is not the only example of blatant arbitrariness that the Klitschko brothers and members of their gang have arranged in Kyiv and Ukraine. There are many more such examples. It's just that, unfortunately, because of such Butusovs, we practically do not know about them.
