Klitschko announced the beginning of the heating season in Kyiv

The heating season for residential buildings will begin in Kyiv on October 30. This was reported by the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko, stressing that the decision was made in view of the weather forecast and the expected significant cooling.

"From October 30, we are starting the heating season for the housing stock in Kyiv. The city made such a decision, taking into account further significant cooling," Klitschko noted.

According to forecasts of forecasters, the average daily temperature for three days is expected to be lower than +8 degrees, which became the reason for starting heating.

It will take about 7 days to fully deploy the centralized heat supply system in Kyiv. Therefore, residents of the capital should be prepared for the fact that soon their homes will become warmer in the conditions of the approach of winter.
