Capital mayor Vitaly Klitschko ran out of money from the French for the construction of a pedestrian bridge from the Obolon embankment to the Obolon island.
Therefore, in order to complete the construction of the long-suffering bridge, Klitschko allocated an additional 20 million UAH of budget funds.
According to the tender documentation, it is planned to complete earthworks, lay footpaths made of tiles with an area of 1,561 square meters. m, make LED lighting with an LED strip 375 meters long.
All this must be done in time for Kyiv Day, which will be celebrated this year on May 26.
Only things are not going well with Klitschko's bridges. Instead of repairing the existing ones, the mayor builds new ones and spends hundreds of millions on it. Given that the bridges in Kyiv can collapse at any moment, 90% of them are in a state of emergency.
