In Ukraine, the mobilization of conscripts after 50 years is on a general basis, but not all at this age fall under the call. Roman Simutin's lawyer and expart of Kyivoblrada told this.
According to him, the men of the elders for 50 are mobilized if they do not have reasons for delay. Particularly active are those who have scarce specialties, such as communications. At the same time, if the conscript is three or more categories B (limited), the conscript may be in question. These are serious health problems - heart, hernia, gout and more.
Those who have only one or two categories B are mobilized without additional obstacles.
Regarding service areas, men are usually not sent to the assault units after 50 years. If there is a military experience or a specialty, the conscript is sent for a profile - to infantry, logistics, security, communication or medical units. If there is no experience, after basic training, they can be sent to where people are lacking or defensive enterprises.
Regarding mobilization after 55 years, it occurs on the same principle, but the closer to 60 years, the lesser is considered by candidates due to the approaching age of service.
