Former head of the department of urban planning, architecture and state building control of the Lyubotin City Council Denis Mironenko received a sentence for obtaining illegal benefits and official forgery.
As it became known from the court sentence, the official was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 369-2 and Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In December 2024, during a meeting with a citizen, Mironenko suggested applying for the ownership of the house and land in Lubotyn for $ 3,700. He promised to influence registration through his powers and ties with the state registrar.
In February 2025, the official received a specified amount of two tranches - $ 2700 and $ 1,000 - then transferred an excerpt from the State Register of Property Rights. As it turned out, he also forged an official document, confirming a non -existent order for the assignment of a postal address, which allowed illegally registering property.
During the consideration of the case, Mironenko fully pleaded guilty, repented and cooperated with the investigation. The court took this into account, as well as the lack of preliminary convictions, the presence of a young child and the health of the accused.
As a result, the official was fined 161.5 thousand hryvnias and banned from holding positions in the authorities within one year.
