One option was to transport men to the border, where they had to cross it bypassing the checkpoints. The other is in the forgery of documents, in particular the fictitious entry in the registers on the presence of three children abroad or receiving a fake license for international transportation.

The operatives detained the customs officer in March this year during the transfer of $ 5,000. He now faces up to nine years of imprisonment with confiscation of property and prohibition of occupying positions related to the civil service for three years.
