Inside the kitchen, bar counter, air conditioning, audio system and a specially designated place for DJ. One of the main features is a VIP room with a separate elevator and an accounting room.

At the same time, there is no mention of the history of the restaurant or his connection with Mykola Tyshchenko.

The Velor Restaurant became widely known in April 2020, when journalists recorded that he continued to accept guests, despite harsh quarantine restrictions. At that time, politicians, businessmen and influential persons were noticed in the institution.
Tyshchenko himself denied that the restaurant is working as usual, claiming that the room is used for "personal meetings" and is even his "headquarters".
In July 2023, the institution changed its name to Emerald, after which the owners had rebranded, updated the interior and replaced the furniture. However, there is no official information about the change of the owner, so it is possible that the former "velor" is still related to Mykola Tishchenko.
