Former deputy chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Orlov declared UAH 14.5 million in cash against the background of charges in bribery

The former first deputy chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Volodymyr Orlov, who is accused of bribery for $ 200 thousand, filed an annual declaration. In it he noted UAH 14.5 million in cash, which is much higher than his official income.

Property and real estate

Orlov is officially registered and lives in Kiev, together with his wife Lina and two children. Nevertheless, much of its assets are located in other regions of Ukraine:

  • Apartment in Donetsk (71 square meters), purchased in 2003 (partial ownership: 34% in Orlov, 33% in Irina Orlova and Alexei Orlov). Due to the occupation of the city, this real estate can be lost.
  • Garden house in Lebedivka (Kyiv region) of 175.8 square meters. m, bought in 2015 for only 304 thousand UAH. The house is located on a plot of 1.2 thousand square meters. m in the picturesque area near the Kiev Sea.
  • A large apartment in Kiev, decorated for his wife in 2017. The cost is not specified.
  • House (145 square meters) and land (403 sq.
  • Plot in Khodosivka (Kyiv region) with an area of 1200 square meters. m, acquired by his wife in 2015.

Gorgeous things and fleet

Orlov and his wife own elite accessories:

  • Orlov himself has Hublot, Patek Philippe, Parmigiani, Bovet (cost not specified).
  • The wife owns Rolex, Chopard, Ulysse Nardin, as well as Chanel, Dior, Louis Vuitton, and furry and sable.

Family also has five vehicles:

  • BMW X6 (2021) - purchased by his wife in 2022 for UAH 3.63 million.
  • Ford Transit (2012) - purchased in 2018 for 270 thousand UAH.
  • BMW G7X/CW01 (2022) - Rent in 2023 at Northek Auto LLC.
  • Land Rover Range Rover (2023) - obtained for free use from Nortek Auto LLC in October 2024.
  • Toyota Land Cruiser (2022) - rented by Orlov in 2023 at Oleg Slobodian.

Business assets

Orlov's wife is a co -owner of three companies:

  • LLC "Arkush Yaya" (Ukraine) - 65% for 221 thousand UAH.
  • LLC "Agrofirm Zalissya" (Ukraine) - 50% for 1 thousand UAH.
  • Aurora Mag. Pro, SRO (Slovakia) - 10% for 44 thousand UAH.

These companies can be a source of income, but their activities raise questions, especially in the context of Orlov's criminal charges.

Finance and cash assets

In 2024, the total income of the eagle family amounted to UAH 6.43 million:

  • Orlov received UAH 908.5 thousand salaries from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
  • The wife earned UAH 2.53 million from business and received UAH 3 million from real estate.

Nevertheless, the eagle -based cash assets look suspiciously high:

  • Orlov saves $ 70 thousand (~ UAH 2.87 million) and UAH 1.5 million in cash.
  • The wife has 10 million UAH in cash, UAH 6 million as a "rotary financial assistance" from LLC "Arkush Yaya", 40 thousand UAH and 9.4 thousand euros (~ 423 thousand UAH) in bank accounts.

The total amount of assets exceeds UAH 20 million, which is much higher than official revenues. In particular, the return assistance from the wife of the wife looks like a way of legalizing illegal funds.

Suspicion of bribery

We will remind that Vladimir Orlov is a person involved in the case of a bribe of $ 200 thousand. He is accused of extorting money for assistance in receiving contracts for public work in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Orlov's declaration raises many questions, including the origin of funds and property. Does the wife really have such high income, is it just a cover for corruption schemes? The answers should give an anti -corruption investigation.
