The State Bureau of Investigation initiated criminal proceedings against the former acting. Tatiana Kirenko, Head of the State Tax Service. She is suspected of failure to comply with a court decision, which can have serious legal consequences, in particular up to 8 years in prison and a ban on holding certain positions.
Earlier, it became known from its own sources that criminal proceedings against Tatiana Krienko was opened on August 29, 2024 under Part 3 of Article 382 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional failure to comply with a court decision by an official, which caused significant damage to the rights and freedoms of citizens, state or public interests.
The responsibility provided for such a violation - imprisonment for a term of 3 to 8 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years.
It is said that Tatyana Kiriyenko, being in the post of acting. The chairman of the STS of Ukraine, contrary to the decision of the court, did not resume as acting. The head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the Khmelnytsky region, which was released in early 2024.
It is worth noting that after changing the management of the State Tax Service of Ukraine at the end of 2024, Tatyana Kirienko was dismissed from the tax service. According to the media, she was completely under the control of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Danilo Getmantsev.
The DBR also investigates another criminal proceedings against the former acting. Deputy Chairman of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Yevgeny Sokura for his official crime. This case was opened by the State Bureau of Investigation on November 4, 2022 under Part 3 of Art. 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, after exceeding the official powers with a ax, which on October 26, 2022 signed an order on the cancellation of the license of PJSC “Ukrtatnafta” for fuel production.
Such actions of the official, according to the investigation, have caused the grave consequences of the company, as well as the state in the form of the impossibility of performing the mobilization tasks of the Ministry of Defense for the production and supply of petroleum products for the needs of defense and defense capability of the state. The State Bureau of Investigation reported that this criminal proceedings are still being investigated.
