The Ukrainian company-manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles "Fighting Birds of Ukraine" continues to strengthen its position on the international market. One of the largest Ukrainian companies specializing in the development and production of drones now actively supports the Estonian defense industry by concluding sponsorship agreements and partnership contracts with Estonian manufacturers and state structures.
Among the main partners of "Warbirds" are Roshen, Ukrenergo, Naftogaz and the Serhiy Prytula Foundation. The owners are Yurii Dobronravin and Dmytro Kovalchuk.
It is noteworthy that the company owns the corporate rights of the firm "KraftLab". One of its owners is listed as Serhiy Vasyliovych Rudenko, whose name is in the database of corrupt officials. Previously, Rudenko worked as the director of the Roshen confectionery factory in Kyiv, which is one of the main partners of "Fighting Birds".
As it was established, the owners of "Fighting Birds" - Dmytro Kovalchuk and Yuriy Dobronravin - are the beneficiaries of the "Fromet" company, registered in May 2024. The founder is the Estonian company Electric Wings Group. However, the beneficiaries of the latter are the same Dmytro Kovalchuk and Yuriy Dobronravin. The member of the board is Arno Vike, the CEO of the Estonian company Threod Systems, which produces drones.
It is known that his company's sales tripled. The company closely cooperates with the Ministry of Defense of Estonia. This is an important clarification, because Vik himself has repeatedly stated the value of "every euro that goes into the Estonian defense industry, whether from outside or from inside, definitely strengthens our defense capability, as well as Estonia's economy."
