The State Enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine "State Rear Operator" concluded an agreement worth over UAH 2 billion with "Trade Granite Invest" LLC for the supply of products for the military until the end of 2024. This company has connections with ex-officers of Yanukovych's time.

According to the information published by Slidstvo.Info, the head of the State Rear Operator Arsen Zhumadilov has already complained in the past about the low-quality supply of products by Trade Granite Invest LLC and the violation of delivery deadlines. So far, the company has won a tender for the provision of military products worth UAH 2 billion 23 million, including VAT.
The founder of Trade Granite Invest LLC is Yulia Pavlichenko, who was previously a beneficiary of Prime-Fuzhn-Sale LLC, known for blocking trades of Ukrzaliznytsia. The company's current connections with former representatives of the Yanukovych government, such as Andrii Adamovskyi and Vladyslav Yakubovskyi, increase anxiety about possible corruption risks.
Legal disputes and response
In February 2024, Trade Granite Invest LLC filed a lawsuit against the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeals challenging the requirements of the DOT regarding procurement procedures. The company opposed the mandatory disinfection of warehouses and the use of cash registers in all warehouses. The court canceled the requirement to terminate contracts with companies that failed to fulfill their obligations in previous years.
