The Economic Court of Kyiv continues to consider a number of claims of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the State Enterprise "Defense Procurement Agency" against LLC "Ukrainian Armored vehicles". The reason is a systematic violation of the terms of supply of products under state contracts.

The freshest claim was dated February 26, 2025. The Defense Ministry requires 38.1 million hryvnias from the company. Of this amount, 19.4 million is a penalty for breach of time, 11.5 million - a fine, another 7.2 million percentages for the use of funds provided in the prepayment.
It is about failure to comply with the conditions of the state contract No. 22/2-128-UK-24 of April 10, 2024, which provided for specific terms of supply of defense products.
This is not the first time that Ukrainian armored vehicles are at the Center for Court disputes with the Ministry of Defense.
Earlier, the court has already satisfied the claim of the department in the amount of UAH 3.4 million. Another lawsuit filed before the company concerned the collection of UAH 28.8 million, of which UAH 9.45 million was a penalty, UAH 6.76 million - interest, UAH 12.6 million - penalties.
However, in this case, the court only partially met the requirements: the decision was made to recover 472.7 thousand UAH, UAH 630 thousand, UAH 3,38 million percent and UAH 305 thousand of court fees.
The company "Ukrainian armored vehicles", headed by Vladislav Belbas, is not for the first time falling into the field of view of both controlling bodies and military customers because of problems with the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
The total amount of claims of the Ministry of Defense to the company already exceeds UAH 70 million, and this amount can increase in case of further appeals to the court.
