Kyiv Municipal BTI officially reported that it has no branches or representative offices at other addresses except the office on the three-Street, 4-in. This is stated in the statement of the enterprise published with the support of the KSCA.
According to the director of the Department of Communal Property of Kyiv Andriy Gudz, BTI's work has become more transparent and accessible due to the expansion of services. From now on, Kiev can order a technical inventory and get a technical passport not only directly in BTI but also from administrative services (CNAPs).
How to apply for a technical passport
for the manufacture of a passport can be in several ways:
-
by phone;
-
through an online service on BTI;
-
personally in any CNAP of Kiev;
-
directly in the office at ul. Three-Holy, 4-B.
Reduction of prices for services
as reported in BTI, prices for the manufacture of technical passports were reduced by 10-20%. This was made possible by the internal optimization solution and mobilization of the enterprise resources. The quality of services remains high, and pricing depends solely on the timing of execution.
Warnings about forgery
in communal BTI separately emphasized: no other organizations under similar names operating in other areas of Kiev are not related to the KSCA. Their documents are not recognized as official.
All technical passports produced by BTI are created in accordance with the current legislation and are entered in a single state electronic system in the field of construction (EESB). This allows you to greatly simplify the registration of documents and is an important condition for submitting compensation applications in the event of damage or loss of property.
