Well -known Ukrainian producer Igor Kondratyuk made an unexpected statement about the military service of singer Vitaliy Kozlovsky, who in June 2023 was mobilized to the National Guard. According to the producer, the artist is no longer in service.
Kondratyuk told about it in an interview for Yanina Sokolova.
Kozlovsky no longer serves?
According to Kondratyuk, he maintained connection with the military, in particular, with the commander of the 3rd Battalion "Svoboda" Peter Kuzik, where Kozlovsky used to serve. The producer claims that the commander was allegedly dissatisfied that the singer had got to his unit.
"He has not been serving for a long time. He has to ask why. I called his commander, and he told me that he was humiliated by the fact that Kozlovsky was taken into the brigade," Kondratyuk said.
It is known that at first the artist served as a part of the Guard Brigade of the offensive, but was later transferred to Kiev.
Cossacks' judicial disputes and debt
In addition to military service, Kondratyuk and Kozlovsky have a conflict due to debt. The court obliged the singer to pay the producer after the contract was broken.
Kozlovsky earlier stated that his military salary was kept 20% for debt repayment. The artist asked Kondratyuk to pause for his service, but the producer insisted on compliance with a court decision.
"He paid when he served because it was an official process through accounting. Now this process is on a pause, because it no longer serves. We are not communicating, everything is decided through lawyers," the producer said.
Kozlovsky himself has not yet commented on Kondratyuk's statement.
