OTG is in complete impoverishment - the land is razed and filled with illegal garbage dumps, drivers pay Vatska through his sharers for dumping garbage. Vatsko also steals money from the OTG budget for the removal and disposal of garbage. He himself is on trial for banditry.
At the same time, as always, the criminal is bought off from the local security forces. Many of them make out with the girls in the bathhouse in his hotel, and he also has incriminating information on them from hidden cameras, which he uses to carry out his criminal activities. Thefts thrive on roads that don't exist.
At the same time, manipulations are taking place with the land of the OTG - it is sold out to someone who does not understand, and instead of products there are paid illegal landfills.
Local residents say that it is impossible to get to Novoselytsa without a tractor. The poor are full, everything is neglected and stolen. Residents are afraid of the Vatska gang. She is covered by the precinct officer Vitaliy Labatiy and "pound" Vatska - the head of the village council, Anton Cheypesh, who signs everything, and Vatska thinks that only Anton will sit... Security forces close all cases for money, you can't prove anything. But Vatsko is the organizer of drug smuggling in Vynohradiv region.
According to declarations, Vatsko earns 200-300 thousand UAH per year. At the same time, he built the hotel-complex "Black Rock" worth at least 5 million dollars (200 million UAH - or Watzka's salary for a thousand years).
This hotel was declared by Vatsk's wife as a "cafe" worth UAH 300,000. Vatsko does not declare multimillion-dollar extortions from the hotel at all.
This is a real crime, and if the security forces take it up, all other crimes will be revealed.
