Kostyantyn Bondarev, a well-known long-time politician and People's Deputy of Ukraine, has become the subject of harsh accusations and scandalous revelations that have shaken the political scene of the Kyiv region. Known as a fighter of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc and the head of the Kyiv regional branch of "Batkivshchyna", Bondarev has lost the trust and support of some of his voters in recent years due to accusations of corruption schemes and document manipulation.
To these titles it is worth adding the unofficial one – “the real master of Kyiv region”. According to our data, a criminal case No. 42023000000001423 has been opened against him. Sources said that Bondarev is suspected of forging administrative documents. This fact, international requests for his movement and accounts still do not prevent him from moving around the world. At the same time, his relatives, friends, business partners and even young models cross the border in Bondarev’s cars.
In total, we are aware of 73 facts of Bondarev and his entourage crossing the Ukrainian border from January 2023 to June 2024. Cars belonging to Bondarev and his family were used to cross the border, namely: LEXUS AI2400OT, Porsche KI7777HA, Toyota KA0667EP, Suzuki AI6404PE, Volvo KA0470XM, Mercedes Benz BO5955BO.
Bondarev himself uses a diplomatic passport DU004461 to leave Ukraine. We do not know on what basis Bondarev left the country during the war. Formally, he did not have the right to leave the country, since he has no connection with the country's international agenda or charitable foundations. Bondarev used two cars to cross the border - a LEXUS and a Toyota. According to our data, on June 10 and June 16, the official left the territory of Ukraine through the Korchova-Krakovets and Zosyn-Ustyluh checkpoints.
His wife, Tetyana Sheinich (born 02.08.1976), left the country in LEXUS and Toyota cars, using the foreign passport FU020781. At the same time, the woman has a residence permit (RR0366364) in Slovakia. However, the most interesting thing is that on November 17, 2023, the Polish side charged Sheinich with using a passport of a citizen of Ukraine with forged border stamps. Despite this, on 19.12.2023 and 04.01.2024, Tetyana was recorded at border crossings. The latter was at the Dolgobychiv-Uhryniv checkpoint.
Daughter – Bondareva Anastasia (born 19.05.2003), passport FX137391. Has a residence permit in the Netherlands. She crossed the border in a LEXUS, Porsche and by train. Second daughter Margarita (born 02.07.2000), passport FB961514. She used LEXUS, Toyota, Suzuki and Volvo to travel. In addition, she used the train.
But not only Bondarev's relatives left the country. According to our data, family friends Viktor (born 01/23/1970, passport FU546631) and Snezhana Lebid (born 12/07/1983, GC782070) used Bondarev's Toyota and Mercedes Benz cars to leave. Viktor Lebid is a man of military age. However, this did not prevent him from crossing the border at all.
Along with this, Bondarev's partner in "Bank Veles", which was closed in 2015, Andriy Pavlov (born 13.06.1970, passport FY702576) also used Bondarev's LEXUS to cross the border. He mostly left Ukraine by train. Apparently, the former shareholders of "Veles" began to live very modestly.
We also learned that two young men of draft age – Hlib Khannyk (born 06/13/1994, passport FG021147) and Andriy Kharkivskyi (born 05/03/1996, passport FG793977) crossed the Ukrainian border. They are probably Bondarev's drivers. After all, Bondarev himself, his wife, daughters, as well as Viktor and Snezhana Lebid, also crossed the border with them that day (01/21/2023).
Now let's move on to the most interesting part. Ukrainian model Alisa Stryzhak (born 29.05.1993, international passport GD616819) was also spotted driving Bondarev's LEXUS at one of the border checkpoints. Surprisingly, a girl with the same name and year of birth appears on the lists of the political party "Patriots of Volhynia". But there is no data about her political career. However, judging by her Instagram page, the conqueror of politics is exclusively abroad. At the same time, she is subscribed to Bondarev on Instagram.
