Owners of damaged apartments as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation can use the State Program "EYSOV" and receive up to 350 thousand hryvnias for repair. In the event that damaged housing does not have critical destruction of structural elements, the owner has a chance to promptly apply and receive compensation.
The program works in accordance with the Procedure approved by the Cabinet resolution. Its purpose is to help citizens to restore their home without unnecessary bureaucracy and with the maximum use of digital tools.
To take part in the program, you need:

Establish an application action and pass electronic identification.

Submit information about the damaged property - if it has not been done before, or select one of the available messages.

Check whether property rights are available in the State Register . If not, register it.

Open the account with a partner bank.

Choose a "Equinal" service in action and form a statement with all the necessary data.

To give the consent of the co -owners if the property is jointly owned.

Confirm the absence of restrictions for participation in the program (provided for in paragraph 4 of the Procedure).

Follow the reports on registration and consideration of the application.

Submit additional documents if the commission is required.
Upon completion of the repair, the program participant has 15 working days to submit a completion of the work and download the photo report.
