Happy.mall shopping center belongs to LLC "Heppi. Mol". The owners of the company - the developer of the neighborhood "On the Happy" Roman Kuris and his wife Elena Kuris. The Rivne Regional State Administration has officially confirmed that the mall has received the status of a critically important object for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the life of the population.
The regional administration noted that the enterprise meets the criteria provided for the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 of January 27, 2023.
