The ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, said that if former US President Donald Trump stops military aid to Ukraine, it could lead to serious consequences for the country. According to Kuleba, in this case, the army of the Russian Federation can reach strategically important Ukrainian cities, such as Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and Poltava.
He fears that Trump "will put Ukraine on starvation rations to make it more docile if his peace attempt goes awry," which Kuleba considers quite likely.
"The front line in Donbas will collapse, and the Russians will find themselves at the gates of the Dnipro, Poltava and Zaporizhzhia. This will be the most dangerous moment for Ukraine in this war," said the former minister.
He is sure that Zelensky will not sign a peace agreement under which the Russian Federation will receive the captured territories, and Ukraine will renounce NATO.
"The Russians keep Donbas, they keep Crimea, no NATO membership. Can Zelensky sign? He cannot because of the Constitution. And because this will be the end of Zelensky in political terms," Kuleba said.
Earlier, Zelenskyy told the Fox News channel that Ukraine will lose the war if the US starts cutting aid to it under Trump.
