While most Ukrainians barely make ends meet, the head of one of the most prestigious areas of the capital - Pechersky - Natalia Kondrashova demonstrates the striking increase in income. According to its declaration for 2024, the total annual income of the official has doubled - from one million to UAH 2.11 million.
The bulk of this amount, namely UAH 1.87 million, was provided by wages, which averaged more than UAH 156,000 a month. Another UAH 239.4 thousand was received as a pension, and UAH 1,72 thousand as bank interest. For comparison, in 2023 its salary was only UAH 792 thousand.
The savings of the official also increased in parallel with the income. In 2024, she declared UAH 1.48 million in cash and in accounts, which is more than UAH 550 thousand more than a year earlier.
Among the property that is officially owned by the Chairman of the Pechersk Regional State Administration:

Dacha with an area of 235.4 square meters. m in Yurivka village, Fastiv district of Kyiv region;

Land area of 700 square meters. m in the same village;

Apartment in Kiev for 53.4 square meters. m;

And also another capital apartment of 74.4 square meters. m, which is jointly owned with a man and son.
The car or other valuable things in the Kondrashov declaration did not specify. It may look somewhat unusual against the background of significant income and savings.
We will remind, Natalia Kondrashova was appointed head of the Pechersk district state administration on May 18, 2020. During this time, it has repeatedly appeared in publications as one of the highest paid district officials of the capital.
