The leadership of the National Academy of Internal Affairs (NAPS) received apartments in the elite residential complex "City Hub" in Kiev, built on the site of the old dormitories of the Academy. These apartments were intended for veterans, privileges and needy employees, but in fact they got to the executives, teachers and approximate persons who already have real estate. This is stated in the journalistic investigation of Bihus.info.
Back in 2017, the NAVC concluded an agreement with the developer on the construction of LCD on Mooka Street, 8-10 (former Kudryashov). By agreement, the Academy was to receive 28 apartments as a compensation for demolished business housing. At that time, there were more than 250 families of the NAVS in the apartment queue - most of whom veterans of the ATO, UBD and other privileges.
In 2024, after the first stage of the City Hub LCD, 18 apartments were handed over. All of them were almost immediately privatized by the approximate NAVS workers - in particular those who already have other real estate. Journalists found numerous facts of doubtful receipt and further resale of the apartments.
Inna Srub, a NAPS Deputy Director, received a two -room apartment for 87 m² (about $ 130,000 in market value), which she sold in two months. Her family owns at least 9 apartments in Kiev.
Alexey Fedchenko, a senior teacher of the NAPS, sold the received apartment in three weeks. His wife has several apartments in Kiev, business and car Land Rover Discovery.
Yuri Mironets, the head of the NAVS IT department, officially "lived in a hostel", but in 2019 he bought an apartment in Orange Park, and now builds a private house near Kiev.
Nina Reshetinskaya, Head of the NAPS tenders department, received an apartment, despite the fact that since 2018, her family has erected a house in the village of Gorenichi, which has already been put into operation.
Earlier, due to a similar scheme, the rector of the NAPS Ruslan Serbin, as well as the wife of Vice -Rector Stanislav Mozol, was also received. According to journalists, the corpus family owns six apartments, two houses and a hotel near Bukovel.
Formally - in turn, in fact - on a swamp: new facts testify to abuse under the cover of a program of housing. Applicants declare a hostel, although they have different real estate. After decorating the apartments - quickly sell.
