In Kiev, a criminal investigation is being launched on possible fraudulent seizure of real estate of the late People's Deputy David Zhvania. After his death at the front in May 2022, attempts to recover his property through a number of doubtful court cases, which featured suspicious loans, counterfeit documents and even an attempt to recognize his paternity against children of another woman.
Back in early 2022, David Zhvania and his official wife found that their apartment was issued for a stranger - FC "Factor Plus" LLC carried out the alienation of real estate in an out -of -court order. Currently, the courts have considered claims against at least five apartments and two non -residential premises belonging to the family.
In January 2022, Zhvania filed a lawsuit with the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv, but soon died during a shelling near Novoborovka in Zaporizhzhia region. On March 26, 2025, his daughter appealed to the police and opened criminal proceedings after a probable fraudulent seizure of property.
As the lawyer of the family revealed, in 2016, Diamantbank, whose co -owner was Zhvania himself, allegedly issued a loan to a woman named Lydia Aksenich. In providing this loan, the mortgage was transferred to the real estate belonging to Zhvania and his wife. In 2018, the right of claim under the contract was transferred "factor plus", which reprinted the property. The couple categorically denied the transfer of property to the mortgage, claiming that their signatures could be forged.
The real tangle of interests began to unfold after the death of the Exnaress. In October 2022, a citizen of Elena Chmir went to court to recover more than $ 2 million from the deceased Zhvania - allegedly borrowed in 2019. In parallel, in 2023, Lydia Aksenich filed a lawsuit for recognizing her children with Zhvania children, arguing with a long -term relationship with a politician since 2009. She gave joint photos, testimony of witnesses and stated that the deceased kept the children.
In 2024, Chmir filed a new lawsuit for Zhvania's heirs, and - surprisingly - Aksenich, already as a representative of interests of his children, recognized this debt. The court appointed an examination of the signatures in the loan agreement.
In March 2025, the court questioned the decision to establish Zhvania's paternity on Aksenich's children, since the official wife of the deceased and his children were not involved in the case.
In the framework of criminal proceedings, the court allowed investigators to receive information about the income of both women - to find out whether one could give a loan for $ 2 million and the other - to receive and repay a thousand thousand credit.
David Zhvania was a deputy of four convocations. In 2010, he supported the ratification of Kharkiv Agreements, which continued the stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. During the Revolution of Dignity, he left the Party of Regions faction after the Maidan dispersal. After a full -scale invasion, he volunteered and died on the forefront.
