Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration Vladislav Andronov remains one of the most secretive figures in the team of the mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klitschko. Despite his high position, there is almost no information about his activities in open sources. Andronov is not represented on social networks, does not make public statements, and rarely gives comments to the media.
In 2020, he was elected to the Kyiv City Council from the UDAR party, and since 2022 he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration. In the city administration system, Andronov oversees several key units — the Department of Communal Property, the State Archives of Kyiv, and the Department of Land Resources.
According to the official accounting statement, in 2025, Vladislav Andronov received more than 100 thousand hryvnias per month. The smallest amount he received was in January — 60 thousand 346 hryvnias, and the highest — in February, when his earnings amounted to 184 thousand 39 hryvnias. On average, his salary during the year fluctuated within the range of 130–140 thousand hryvnias.
In addition, Andronov received monthly bonuses of more than 30 thousand hryvnias for “labor intensity.” According to the declarations, the official’s annual income doubled compared to 2023, and the amount of his savings places him among the richest in the Kyiv City State Administration — he is second only to his colleague Vyacheslav Nepop.
Andronov has $28,890 and $5,670 in bank accounts, as well as almost 1.8 million hryvnias. He declared $95,000, €110,000, hryvnias, and £2,800 in cash. Andronov also provided financial assistance to Investment Resources LLC in the amount of almost 6 million hryvnias.
The official owns a Toyota Land Cruiser 200 and a Volkswagen Jetta. He also uses his wife's cars: a Mercedes-Benz, a Porsche Cayenne, and a Tesla Model S.
His subordinates also receive considerable salaries. The director of the Department of Communal Property, Andriy Gudz, has a monthly income of 80 to 160 thousand hryvnias, including bonuses and health benefits. And the director of the Department of Land Resources, Valentyna Pelykh, consistently receives more than 80 thousand hryvnias per month, while having cash savings of 41 thousand dollars.
Despite constant problems in the capital — from utility issues to transport collapses — Kyiv City State Administration officials continue to receive high salaries and work in the most comfortable conditions.
