The person involved in the case is businessman Oleksandr Kramarenko. He has business ties with the suspended secretary of the Kyiv City Council Volodymyr Bondarenko: they jointly own LLC "B.V.K.", which owns a business center in Protasov Yar (2 Novovokzalna St.).
