Deputy Head of the Regional Department of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv, Myroslava Shperyk-Sedneva, became the owner of an apartment in the capital after two years of working in the civil service.
Before her appointment to the State Property Fund, Shperik-Sedneva worked as the head of the legal department of the Desnyanska District State Administration in Kyiv. It was during this period that she was able to save up money to purchase housing in Kyiv.
This is evidenced by her declaration published on the NACP website.
Thus, Myroslava Shperyk-Sedneva worked as the head of the legal department of the Desnyanska district state administration in the city of Kyiv from 2012 to 2023. And already in 2023 she was appointed deputy head of the Regional Department of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv.
In her declaration, submitted before her dismissal from the Regional State Administration, the official indicated that she became the owner of a new apartment in Kyiv, worth almost UAH 700,000.

In addition, the official worked so fruitfully in the capital's administration that she also built her own house in the Kyiv region, with an area of over 100 square meters.
Myroslava Shperyk-Sednyeva indicated that this building is supposedly an unfinished construction site. However, it is a well-known fact that officials often delay the registration of ownership rights to constructed real estate and declare it as unfinished for years - in order to avoid questions from the NACP about the origin of funds for rapid construction.
