The municipal enterprise "Kyivteploenergo" plans to renovate the premises of the Customer Service Center, located at 25 Budivelnykiv Street. Over 7 million hryvnias will be paid for the repair work, and they plan to complete it by the end of 2025.
The relevant information appeared in the Prozorro public procurement system. According to the announcement, the auction to select a contractor is scheduled to take place on July 7.
The renovation includes the renovation of the corridor and the Center's premises: walls, ceilings, floors, doors and windows will be renovated. Electrical and plumbing work, as well as the installation and adjustment of air conditioning systems, are also planned.
The expected cost of the purchase is 7 million 103 thousand hryvnias. All work is to be completed by December 31, 2025.
