The Kyiv Regional Territorial Center for Recruiting and Social Support published on its official page on the social network a statement by the commander of the "Brotherhood" battalion as part of the "Timur Special Unit" of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The publication contained a commentary from a military unit on mobilization methods and public reaction to the activities of recruitment centers. The statement emphasized that criticism and information campaigns against territorial centers, in the opinion of the author of the statement, could be regarded as actions that harm the mobilization process.
In a text published on the Kyiv Regional CCC and SP Facebook page, the unit commander expressed a tough stance on those who hinder mobilization activities or distribute relevant content on the Internet. He also suggested that in the event of an aggravation of the situation, mobilization functions could be performed not by CCC and SP employees, but by combat units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

After the publication appeared on the social network, the post was publicly available for about two hours. It was later deleted from the official Facebook page of the Kyiv Regional CCC and JV. The reasons for the deletion of the message were not officially commented on.
The situation attracted the attention of Internet users and the media, as the publication contained resonant formulations regarding the civic position and information space during martial law. Currently, no official additional explanations from the parties regarding the content of the statement or the circumstances of its removal have been made public.
