According to journalists of Informer , the celebration took place at a regime facility where drinking water for Kiev is decontaminated. The premises, which should be subject to critical infrastructure, was used as a platform for an informal event with expensive alcohol and guests in the status of deputy heads of the KSCA.
Dmitry Zagumenny, Vyacheslav Nepop, Dmitry Naumenko, Vladimir Repik, Anna Starostenko, Marina Honda, Valentin Mondrievsky and other representatives of the capital management were included in the video of journalists. Despite the statement of the Rozhnik that "nothing was celebrated", the atmosphere recorded on the cameras testified to the opposite.
Oleg Lysyuk, CEO of PJSC “Kyivvodokanal” has been avoiding any comment for two weeks. This is not the first case of using regime objects for private events, but for the first time the fact was documented by journalists.
Lysyuk has been holding a position from July 26, 2023. Before that, from 2014 to 2021, he was responsible for the reconstruction of the Bortnitsky Aeration Station - a project, which, despite funding for $ 970 million from the Japanese agency Jica, never moved from place. Lysyuk was also connected with Amadeus KO, which built a helicopter on the park road-an object associated with the fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych.
The question remains: who allowed the use of a strategic object in martial law to celebrate alcohol? Why did the officials not in their workplaces, but at the "festive table" during working hours? And why is there any official reaction from Lysyuk himself?
