Kyrylo Tymoshenko, according to a source in the Office of the President of Ukraine, is actively working on lobbying for the new "Big Construction" format, within which large-scale construction of social housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs) is planned. The idea of the project is to create conditions for comfortable and affordable living for those who were forced to leave their homes due to war and other circumstances.
The first stage involves the delivery of 6,000-8,000 apartments with the support of international partners. In fact, the scheme has been worked out from two sides, firstly, the quotas will be received by pocket construction companies, and secondly, certain firms have been buying certificates from IDPs for the housing that they are going to get in this way for a year.
