On Saturday, April 6, trains on the subway section between Lisova and Dnipro stations were restored in Kyiv. This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration in its Telegram.
Earlier, the subway was stopped on this site due to the repair of the Darnytskyi overpass - the work on dismantling of emergency beams on the tracks demanded a complete cessation of traffic for the safety of passengers. Initially, it was announced that the work of the subway would be renewed on Monday, April 7, but thanks to the rapid and coordinated work of the repairmen, the traffic managed to run a day earlier.
"On April 6, the movement of the subway trains on the" Lisova ' -' Dnipro 'will be restored ... Thanks to the coordinated work of builders and technical services, dangerous work on dismantling was completed ahead of schedule, " - said in the KMVA.
The crews worked almost a day without a break. Particular attention was paid to safety - dismantling emergency beams and crossbars, which could collapse in the overpass.
The final work is being completed and the security systems are being completed. All six subway stations that were closed for the repair time have already been opened.
