On the morning of December 11, Russian troops attempted to carry out an air strike on Kyiv, but all the missiles were successfully shot down. This was reported in the statement of the Kyiv City Military Administration.
"This morning, the enemy tried to carry out a missile attack on Kyiv, similar to what happened exactly one month ago, on November 11, when a ballistic missile was fired towards the capital. Today, December 11, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Russian troops launched another strike with missiles, probably of the ballistic type," the KMVA reported.
The air defense forces successfully shot down all the missiles. Missile debris fell in the Darnytsia district. Information about falling debris in the Holosiiv district was not confirmed.
Four residents of Bortnichy were injured. A man born in 1992 has shrapnel wounds to his legs. He was given first aid on the spot. Three women - born in 1963, 1990 and 1992 - had an acute stress reaction and were treated on the spot.
