In Kiev, an interagency working group was created to process compensation mechanisms for costs related to the completion of Ukrbud Corporation. This was reported by the Acting Chairman of the Board of the Kyivmiskbud HC Svetlana Samsonova.
According to her, the group is headed by the Deputy Chairman of the KSCA on the exercise of self -governing powers by Vladislav Andronov. It includes representatives of the Ministry of Economy, Kyivmiskbud and other central and city bodies.
"I am actively working in this direction and see the prospect," Samsonova said.
It is about the completion of 18 residential facilities, which after the actual bankruptcy of Ukrbud were transferred to Kyivmiskbud. The total expenses of the company for the completion of construction exceeded UAH 2.2 billion.
Despite the activation of the process, Samsonov acknowledged that this year the decision on the mechanism of compensation would not be made:
"There will be no decision this year," she said, adding that the process is possible only if systematic cooperation with the government.
The compensation project involves the involvement of state funding or the creation of individual programs at the Cabinet level.
We will remind, earlier "Kyivmiskbud" reported the completion of the key stages of construction of most residential complexes of Ukrbud, but at the same time emphasized that the company alone cannot bear all financial losses associated with the projects of a bankrupt developer.
