Saga Development, which is associated with the former deputy chief architect of Kyiv Andriy Vavrysh, was in the center of a large -scale construction scandal. Thousands of investors who trusted the premium developer were left without housing, while the objects are either frozen, or did not begin to be erected at all.
According to the company's official statements, it sells at least 14 housing projects. However, the actual construction is carried out only on two of them. The rest - arrested areas, no permits, or work stopped through court proceedings. The most problematic are Franklin Concept House, Home & Park, Resident, Happy House and Chicago Central House.
One of the most scandalous examples is the O2 Resident LCD. It was erected on lands owned by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and have a recreational purpose. As a result, construction was found illegal and stopped. More than 500 investors are left without housing, although the company continues to sell apartments in the project and even requires surcharges from customers.
In October 2024, Saga Development announced a partnership with BGV Group Management businessman Gennady Butkevich, a co -owner of ATB, co -owner. They presented a new facility - the LCD Boston Creative House. According to some of the experts, it is not an investment update, but an attempt at the SAGA financial rehabilitation, which was in a predopalt state.
At most construction sites of the company, life has frozen: the technique has disappeared, workers do not appear, and investors have been waiting for apartments for years, which exist only in the form of 3D visualizations. Lawsuits do not produce results, and new requirements for shareholders cause only indignation.
Saga positioned herself as a developer of a new era - with design projects and modern approaches to urban science. Instead, reality was dramatically different. For many investors, the Saga Development brand has become synonymous with deception and lawlessness.
The situation is complicated by the fact that the company has not yet suffered legal responsibility for numerous violations, and its representatives continue to promise publicly to complete all objects. Meanwhile, investors are forced to fight not only for their square meters, but also for the right not to be finally deceived.
