The logic is obvious. Ukraine is facing a major robbery under the guise of reconstruction. Therefore, it is good to have power plant projects that can then be transferred to your contractors. The management of “Energoproekt” has begun to resist this nonsense, especially since it is already transferring copies of documents to the Ministry of Energy. Guess what they did at the Ministry of Energy? They removed the reservation from the Institute and sent 52 summonses to leading engineers. Several have already been taken into the army.
