Lavrov claims that Russia does not attack civil and energy objects of Ukraine

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia has never jeopardized Ukraine's energy system. According to him, the negotiations with the United States made a proposal to put a moratorium on attacks on energy objects, but Russia does not attack civilian objects.

Lavrov stressed that the Russian side has always acted within their statements, and that their operations did not jeopardize the critical infrastructure of Ukraine belonging to civilian objects. The minister also noted that after negotiations with the United States, Russia has demanded to "urinate" President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

These statements of Lavrov caused further disputes in international circles, since repeated blows to Ukrainian energy facilities that the Russian army made during the conflict have become one of the main topics for Russia's international criticism.
