Lazutkin explained why the CCC cannot be dissolved

The Speaker of the Ministry of Defense, Dmytro Lazutkin, responded to the proposal of some deputies to dissolve the territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCS). According to Lazutkin, the TCS currently employs 36,000 people, including military and civilian personnel, as well as those with limited fitness for service.

“Currently, 36 thousand people work in the CCC, among whom almost 7 thousand are civilians. There are also limitedly fit people among the military, many such people. There are about 3 thousand women,” Lazutkin noted during the telethon.

It is important to note that the status of "limitedly fit" for military service was abolished back in April 2024, so Lazutkin was probably referring to military personnel fit for service in rear units or other non-combat positions.

Based on the speaker's statement, it can be concluded that about 26 thousand military men work in the CCC, some of whom are suitable for performing combat missions.
