The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved changes to the order of booking servicemen that allow health care institutions to book 100% of their health workers for the period of mobilization and martial law.
This is stated in the Ministry of Health.
The new rules apply to all health workers of state and municipal health care institutions, public health institutions, forensic and forensic psychiatric examination, as well as blood centers for which this work is the main place of employment.
However, the changes concern exclusively medical professionals. Other specialists who work in medical institutions are further subject to reservation restrictions.
Before making changes, medical institutions could only be distorted by up to 50% of conscripted men. If the hospital needed more experts, it was forced to seek the Ministry of Defense.
In addition, not only men but also women, who are also subject to mobilization, were taken into account when calculating the share of conscripts. This complicated the reservation procedure, because due to the large number of medical medical men, men could be bored in even less.
According to the Ministry of Health, the new decision will greatly facilitate the work of medical institutions, because it eliminates the need to seek additional permits for booking specialists. This will reduce the administrative load at both the hospital and the Ministry of Defense, allowing you to focus on medical care.
We will remind, earlier the Minister of National Unity Alexei Chernyshov stated that in Ukraine there is currently a lack of skilled workers. The government considers the possibility of reservation not only to doctors, but also to those who will return from abroad to work at critical enterprises.
