In his interview with American blogger Mario Naifal, the Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko suggested negotiations between the Presidents of Ukraine, the USA and Russia - Vladimir Zelensky, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. He emphasized the importance of "negotiating" to achieve peace, noting that, despite what political course is chosen by Zelensky, most of Ukrainian society stands behind him.
Lukashenko also assured that Minsk is ready to take negotiations, and the distance between the Belarusian border and Kiev allows you to easily organize a meeting: “Here, near - 200 kilometers from the Belarusian border to Kiev. Half an hour on the plane. Come, sit down and agree calmly. ”
In addition, Lukashenko expressed the opinion that Trump is a more independent president than his predecessor Joe Biden. According to the Belarusian leader, Trump often made decisions on its own, while Biden, he said, acted more under the influence of recommendations and instructions.
Lukashenko also noted the positive role of Trump and his administration in the end of the war. According to him, the US and Trump have already taken steps towards peaceful conflict settlement, in particular in Ukraine and in the Middle East. “They are well. And Trump, who often speaks and makes in the direction of ending the war in Ukraine, ”he said, adding that he was ready to personally support any initiative that will help improve people's lives.
