The UK Prime Minister Kir Starmer said during his visit to Kiev that British experts were already working to prepare for the renewal of airlines with Ukraine. According to him, flights will be able to recover only after reaching a full ceasefire, but the relevant processes have already been launched.
"I am glad that British experts are already working on the ground to help with the restoration of flights to Ukraine, as soon as the truce has been reached," the older said at a joint briefing in Kiev.
He stressed that it was not only about the return of flights, but also about the strategic step towards restoration of the economy, attracting investments and reunification of Ukrainian families, separated by war.
The initiative was supported by Viceremier-Minister Dmytro Kuleba, who reminded that the Ukrainian aviation infrastructure is technically ready for launching flights by 95%.

The older also stressed that the United Kingdom remains one of Ukraine's key partners not only in the security, but also in the construction of the post -war future. It is about supporting critical infrastructure, air defense, as well as cooperation in energy and high technology.
"The world must not only help Ukraine withstand, but also build its future - stable, safe, economically strong. Ukraine should be strong and confidently look in tomorrow," Cyrus summarized.
